445 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using 445's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all Terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 445 platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 445 platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 445 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using this platform in any capacity.
2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 445 platform. Registering multiple accounts, shared accounts, or accounts created in another person's name is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
- Keeping your account username and password confidential at all times.
- Notifying the 445 support team promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- All activity that occurs within your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have reported it to 445 in writing.
445 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance, fraud prevention, or account security purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 445 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities, which constitute a breach of these Terms:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to play games or conduct transactions without prior written authorisation from 445.
- Manipulating games, or exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unauthorised advantage.
- Sharing, selling access to, or transferring balances from your account to any third party.
- Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that is illegal under Malaysian law.
- Publishing, transmitting, or distributing content that is offensive, defamatory, threatening, or that infringes the rights of any party.
- Attempting to access 445's internal systems, databases, or infrastructure without authorisation.
Any breach of the above rules entitles 445 to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the account, withholding balances, and reporting the matter to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 445 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed on the platform, including FPX, DuitNow, and local bank transfers.
The terms governing transactions are as follows:
- Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the transaction. Funds are typically credited within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the method and bank used.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the platform's current policy. First-time withdrawals require full identity verification. Processing times range from 1 to 3 business days depending on the method used and the user's VIP tier.
- Bonus terms: Any bonus or promotion received is subject to its own wagering requirements. Users must fulfil the applicable wagering requirements before any bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable funds.
- Transaction fraud: Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, fraudulent transaction, or payment abuse will result in immediate account closure and the freezing of any affected balance pending investigation.
445 is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment service providers.
5. Liability Limitations & Disclaimers
The 445 platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 445 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
445 shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses resulting from game outcomes or bets placed by the user.
- Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
- The content, services, or policies of third-party websites that may be accessible via links on our platform.
In all circumstances, 445's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
6. Account Suspension, Closure & 445's Rights
445 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is:
- Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
- Reasonable suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
- Failure by the user to provide requested identity verification documents.
- Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
- Account closure requests submitted by the user themselves.
Upon valid account closure, any eligible remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any relevant investigation.
7. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 445 platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, images, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 445 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 445.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. 445 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of each third-party website they visit separately.
8. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
445 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the 445 platform that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be deemed severed, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
